Shipping Policy

Fulfillment process takes 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 4 pm ET from Monday thru Friday will be processed the following business day.

We only use USPS(United States postal service) for delivering service at the moment

Shipment in the United States in 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii is 2-5 days but can take up to 6-7 days.

Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 2 weeks or longer.

We are currently working on shipping to Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.

International shipping:

We currently don’t do international shipments.

Shpping rates are depend on location, weight, and packaging. Shipping cost are calculated at checkout.

Bandolero Grooming will not be responsible for missing packages, damage, or theft during transit and after delivery.

Please make sure shipping address is correct. If a mistake is made no worries we all make mistakes, email us to correct the issue to avoid delays and issues.
